Mission

How did it start ?

I have been very fortunate to work 25+ years, for large actors in the software and service sectors. They offered me very interesting and challenging missions, allowing me to act in almost every role from developer to board of directors. I have worked for clients all over the world and for all industries.

 

The "Human" has always been at the heart of my values. I learned a lot on this level ... and have a lot to share.

I am passionate about technology, business and people ... of course ! However : "Customers first !" has always driven my priorities.

It is by studying many companies who started their Digital Transformation initiative, that I realized I could be more helpful joining them, than selling them pieces of solutions. This is why I took the decision to create SDN NAPARTY.

 

Because Digital Transformation is unavoidable and urgent, because it is a matter of staying in business or disapearing, because the stakes and expected benefits are dazzling for the economy and society ... I want everyone to benefits about knowledge and methods of Digital Services, that I acquired during my career.

I am convinced that my project will attract other Digital Business Experts like me, and that we will soon be a large team to accompany each of you.

Pascal NAPARTY founded, in March 2019, NAPARTY Digital Services inc, a company providing IT/business advices and expertise to help succeding shift to industry 4.0. He has been since the President and the Chief Executive Officer.

 

During his missions at IBM-Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Autodesk, RandWorldwide and Audros, he led various teams in software development, sales and services. He introduced the concept of value selling to transform the customer-supplier relationship into a strategic partnership relationship, extending contract from 1 to 5 years. He defined solutions for his clients and took leadership for international projects. He collaborated with many CIOs and corporate decision-makers to help them stay competitive by revisiting their business processes and introducing new disruptive technologies. He acted 15+ years in management positions, contributing to reshape the business model and the company culture of its employers.

 

Some of his achievements:

  • Creation of Digital Transformation Centers for PTC in Europe and creation of the PTC IOT (Internet Of Things) office, in the IOT Valley in Toulouse - France

  • End to end development of a connected train mockup, demonstrating the process of creating Smart Connected Parts, collaborating with a PLM platform, producing with 3D printers and performing in service scenarios. Thanks to PTC portfolio and Microsoft's Azure technologies.

  • Creation and organisation of many digital events across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific

  • Transformation of the Technical Sales business model to cover 330 strategic accounts in Europe, which led to a 79% growth over a period of 4 years
